At Coconut Toys & Fancy Dress we belive in great customer service and go out of our way to ensure that our customers are left happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will not tolertate any abusive behaviour towards our staff members. Please be aware when shopping in store our returns policy is not the same as our online returns policy which can be found on the returns tab at the bottom of this page.

Returns Policy (In Store Only)

Coconut Toys & Fancy Dress will give a exchange on faulty goods accompanied by a valid receipt, damaged items that have been mistreated abused or worn will not be accepted as a return. Please note in the event we are unable to exchange a faulty item then a refund will be given. Unwanted gifts can be exchanged if returned within 7 days, unopened and in the condition they were purchased. Mechanical and electrical goods will be tested if necessary, if found to be in good working order a refund or exchange will not be possible.
