Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you may return your items unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. This should be done within 7 days of purchase or receipt of the goods, which ever is the longer.

If a refund is payable to you we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.
We will always process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item. Please note that at busy times of the year such as public holidays, these times may increase.

The items needs to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed toys, costume packaging and gift items).
Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

You can return any item ordered online in accordance with the terms in this section apart from:
• Contact lenses
• perishable items which deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• any items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons if you have unsealed them, including but not limited to; cosmetics, fake teeth, eye lashes, hats, hosiery, wigs, facial hair;
• any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.
